Problem
A local accounting firm had their Office 365 admin account compromised due to weak credentials and no MFA. This breach led to unauthorized email forwarding and data leakage, putting client financials at risk.
Solution
MD2net enabled MFA on all admin and user accounts via Microsoft Entra ID. We also configured conditional access policies to block sign-ins from outside the U.S. Since deployment, the firm has experienced zero unauthorized access attempts and has reported improved client trust and security posture.
